Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines how SHREE CHARBHUJA NATH TRADERS ("SCN") handles cancellations and refunds for website, hosting, management and marketing services. This is a template — please have it reviewed and finalized, with exact terms agreed per project, before publishing your live site.

One-Time Website Projects

Website development is typically billed in milestones. Amounts paid for work already completed and approved are generally non-refundable. Specific milestone and cancellation terms are confirmed in your project agreement.

Monthly Management & Marketing Plans

Monthly plans (SCN CARE, GROW, SCALE, SEO, Ads and Social Media management) can be cancelled with notice as agreed in your service agreement. Fees already paid for the current billing period are not refunded pro-rata.

Advertising Spend

Ad spend paid directly to Google or Meta is governed by that platform's own policies and is not refundable by SCN.
